Chrissy's Dodge and Burn Assignment

As you can see these photos look different in color. The first photo is the original photo and the second photo is altered. I used the dodging tool to lighten the face area and used the burning tool to darken the jacket and snowy areas. I absolutely love this photo of my neice.

Rule of Thirds and Centering Image

These are two photos of the same Sunflower, the centering photo only shows the one sunflower but the one with the rule of thirds photo has two other sunflowers. The sunflower in the rule of thirds photo that is the same as the one in the centering photo is the one on the right. I really like the centering photo better because it looks to have more detail in the one sunflower being centered. The centering photo only focus's on the one sunflower and the rule of thirds photo you are not just focused on the one because you have 2 other flowers to focus on.

This is a picture I took today of my son on our nature walk. I really like how I took this picture not even realizing that my son was positioned in the rule of thirds. I really like this picture of him.

Chrissy's Lighting Assignment

These are the three different lighting situation photos. The darker ones were kind of hard to take just like the brighter one because it was really dark and I couldnt really see the flag pole, so I couldnt really get the same angle of the pole. But the lighter one is my favorite especially the way the flags are blowing in the wind.

These are just random pictures that I took. I love taking close up pictures of flowers, animals, and mostly of my kids. I love making collages with random pictures, I make collages at home all the time with my kids photos and family photos.

Chrissy's 1st Assignment

These are three pictures of a sunset that I took in Maine. I really like all three of these pictures. 1. This picture has a reflection from the sun and u can see more water. I also believe this picture shows more details.
2. This picture I really like because of the way the sun reflects and the colors in the sky look alittle pinker then the others you can see less water then the first. I really like this picture much better than the 1st one but I think the 1st one shows more detail.
